Privacy policy

Who we are and what this covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Wnexus Studio ("Wnexus", "we", "us") collects, uses, maintains and discloses information from people who play our mobile games (the "Games") or visit wnexusstudio.com (the "Site"). It applies to the Site and to all games and services offered by Wnexus Studio, including every game published under our developer account on Google Play.

Wnexus Studio is based at Ananta Stanford, 302, Near Lotus Enora Complex, New Alkapuri, Laxmipura, Gotri, Vadodara, Gujarat 390021, India, and is responsible for the information described here.

Information our games collect

You can play our games without creating an account, and our games never ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts.

Our games are free and supported by advertising, and some offer optional in-app purchases. To show ads, measure how the games perform and fix problems, some of our games, and the advertising and analytics services built into them, may automatically collect:

• Device or other IDs, such as your device's advertising ID.
• App activity, such as levels played, features used and ads viewed.
• App info and performance, such as crash logs and diagnostics.
• Approximate location, usually worked out from your IP address. We never collect precise GPS location.
• Purchase history in games that offer in-app purchases, so we can deliver what you bought. Payments are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Each game's page on Google Play has a "Data safety" section that lists exactly what that game collects and shares, and why.

Information from our website and emails

You can browse the Site anonymously. We collect personal information on the Site only when you choose to give it to us. For example, when you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. You can always choose not to share it, although we then can't reply to you.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system and the pages you request. These logs are used to keep the Site secure and working.

The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't track you across other websites.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Run and improve our games: keep progress and purchases working, fix crashes and balance gameplay.
• Understand how players use our games, using information in aggregate.
• Show ads that keep our games free, and measure how those ads perform.
• Prevent fraud and abuse and keep our games and Site secure.
• Answer you: we use your email address to respond to your questions, support requests and other messages. We don't add you to any mailing list unless you ask us to.

Advertising

Our games show ads provided by third-party advertising networks. These partners may use your device's advertising ID, app activity and approximate location to choose which ads to show you, to limit how often you see the same ad and to measure results. They may also use this information to show you ads in other apps.

You can control personalised ads on Android at any time. Go to Settings → Google → Ads (orSettings → Privacy → Ads on some devices), then reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation. You'll still see ads, but they won't be based on your interests.

Third-party services

Our games use services from other companies: Google Play for distribution and payments, plus advertising, analytics and crash-reporting services. These companies process information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. Google's policy is atpolicies.google.com/privacy.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share information only with the service providers described in this policy, so that they can provide their services to us, and when the law requires it, such as to comply with a legal request or to protect the rights and safety of our players and our studio.

How we protect your information

We use appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of information. Information exchanged between our games, the Site and our services is sent over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep emails and contact-form messages only for as long as we need them to help you. Information collected inside our games is linked to your device rather than to your name, so most of it is held by our advertising and analytics partners under their own retention rules.

To stop future collection, uninstall the game. To reduce what partners can link to you, reset or delete your advertising ID as described above. To ask us to delete messages you've sent us, or for help with any other information, email contact@wnexusstudio.com.

Children's privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important to us. Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, emailcontact@wnexusstudio.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we release a new game or change the services our games use. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Please check it from time to time. Continuing to use our games or Site after a change means you accept the updated policy. If you don't agree with this policy, please don't use our games or Site.
